Viral TikTok Recipes You Can Actually Make at Home
Googling “food ideas” at 2 am on TikTok? It’s fine. Cheesy pasta bakes and standout breakfast sandwiches due to TikTok’s wave of set recipes have colonised our home kitchen screens. The fact is that not all recipes posted on TikTok are easy to cook. Some videos also highlight ingredients that may be hard to find around your place.
That’s why I’ve pulled these TikTok recipes together for home cooks who only require simple pantry staples and typical cooking tools. There is no use in making a fuss out of something unnecessarily complicated; just make it from what you have and enjoy the speedy and possibly hysterical results.
๐ 1. Baked Feta Pasta
We’ll start with the dish that gained attention among the netizens. And it’s surprisingly simple to make this baked feta pasta – and the cascade of rich, tangy goodness definitely delivers on its Instagram-friendly promise.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of feta cheese
- 300g Cherry Tomatoes
- 2 3 cloves of garlic
- Olive oil
- Salt, pepper
- 2 cups pasta (of any sort)
- Warm up your oven to 200°C.
- Put a block of feta in the centre of your baking tray and then surround it with tomatoes and garlic and then lightly pour the plate with olive oil.
- Pour some salt and pepper and place in an oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Once they are baked, break up the feta and tomatoes, mix everything and add your cooked pasta to it.
- Personal tip: In case you need some extra boost of flavour, then you should add chilli flakes or fresh basil. I made this quick fix on Sunday when it was a non-cooking day, and people believed it was take-out.

Cloud bread became popular on TikTok, not only because of its gorgeous look but also because it has a simple, three-component recipe.
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 3 tsp sugar.
- 1 jar of cornflour
- Whisk up the egg white as you would to make it fluffy.
- During the process of whipping, add the sugar and the cornflour a little at a time and carry on whipping till you reach stiff peaks, like meringue.
- Transform it into the form of a dome over a baking tray and then put this in the oven at 150°C (300°F) and keep it there for 25–30 minutes.
- It feels soft, and it is enjoyable to tear. It does not taste in any special way, but one can enjoy it as a sweet snack or with a little honey.
๐ฅช 3. Breakfast Tortilla Wrap Hack
This wrap may be the answer to all the situations when you lack a new approach to start your day. It is possible to create a one-of-a-kind fold on your tortilla and to stuff it with anything delicious.
Ingredients:
- 1 tortilla
- 1 egg
- 1 slice of cheese
Your protein/vegetable choice can include 1-2 bell peppers, mushrooms and/or chicken.

This awed me when I saw it the first time. The sandwich looks complex, and it is, but it becomes easy to prepare after you know how the drill goes…
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2 refined flour breads
- Salt & pepper
You can add cheese or vegetables or some cooked meat (and it is up to you to do it).
How to be done:
- Crack and whisk down the eggs lightly and pour them into a non-stick pan.
- After setting the eggs, pour two pieces of bread on it immediately.
- Hard-boil the eggs in the mode you like, and turn the whole thing down.
- Put the bread with eggs on it on a plate, pour some cheese or vegetables on it to your desire and finally roll up the sandwich all together.
That’s it! I have concentrated on it for quick breakfasts, and it never disappoints me with something exquisite. And, little or no cleaning up!
๐ 5. Salmon Rice Bowl
It was, however, via Emily Mariko, a popular TikTok personality, that this recipe skyrocketed in popularity due to its fresh way of cooking and ease of preparation. It’s healthy, not difficult to prepare and really tasty.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of rice
- 1 cooked salmon or any leftovers from last night.
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp of mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp Liberia 1 ginger (opcional)
- Avocado or kimchi would be terrific discretionary toppings to this dish.
The way to go about it:
- Put flaked salmon on rice in the bowl.
- Add a teaspoon of soy sauce, mayonnaise and sriracha to the rice bowl.
- Take up all the ingredients and mix well, and place it in the microwave and cook up to 30 seconds.
- Avocado, kimchi, or a couple of sheets of seaweed (to your liking) will serve as perfect toppings.
Again, in case you are not having salmon, you should by all means prepare this with tuna or scrambled eggs. It can also be prepared using any leftoveringredients that you may have.

Nighttimesweet tooth? Here is one to yourself. As the number of other mug cakes is present on TikTok, I still choose this basic chocolate one as my favourite one.
Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp of flour
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 tbsp powder cocoa
- 3 tb tz milk
- 1 tbs oil
- A dash of baking powder
- Add all things to the mug, which is compatible with a microwave, and stir.
- Heat in the microwave for 1-1.5 min.
Result:
It comes out fluffy and chocolatey and is not difficult to prepare (less than 5 minutes). This is one of my must-have recipes when I get dessert cravings – believe me, I make it way too often!
